Do you remember Vacation Bible School or Sunday School?

If you don’t or have no idea what those are, that’s not a problem. I was just asking. 😁😂

Vacation Bible School is typically a summer program hosted by churches where children and teens, depending on the church, participate in various activities, games, crafts, and lessons centered around biblical teachings. It’s often a fun and interactive way for kids to learn about their faith in a more relaxed setting. It’s kind of like a service churches provide for parents who still work during the summer and need something to occupy their children’s minds and time. It’s usually one week or two.

Sunday School, on the other hand, is a regular weekly program held in many churches, usually on Sunday mornings, where children and sometimes adults gather for religious education and instruction. The curriculum often includes learning about Bible stories, moral lessons, and the teachings of their faith.

Both Vacation Bible School and Sunday School serve as important avenues for religious education and community building within many Christian denominations. It also serves to promote teen responsibility and leadership skills, as some get to teach lead, and chaperone the younger children.

I was just reminiscing about having to study our Bible verses and then we’d be thrown into competition mode: against each other, and more importantly against ourselves. Could we place these scriptures in our hearts for recall later?

While I went down memory lane, I remembered that I had these products waiting in my store.

Check em out.

As usual, thanks for being an Angry Teacher. 🙂
